What the lifetime transferable warranty covers
When RDC installs an interior waterproofing system — a perimeter French drain, sump system, or the combination that keeps your basement dry — that work is covered for the life of the structure. If water ever returns to a warrantied area, we come back and make it right, covering both material and labor, at no cost to you.
The warranty stays valid as long as the system is maintained and not modified or blocked by other work. And because it’s fully transferable, it carries to the next owner if you sell — a documented, dry-basement guarantee that adds real value at closing.
